POSITION SUMMARY
Under direction and supervision of the President or Owner; organizes, administers, plans and provides a diverse range of marketing support services that contribute to our growth. Responsible for handling business relationship, introductory sales calls, sales support follow-up, managing and organizing sales and marketing activities, responsible of managerial activities. Act as a Business Representative with several organizations and Institutions. Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and creativity are all required for this position.
DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Representative the company at networking events, groups, organizations and institutions
Develop and promote new business products to improve profitability.
Assist in and support marketing projects, activities, seminars, conferences and other events of all kinds
Research, implement and maintain activities required to promote growth
Plan, prepare, design and develop marketing collateral, promotional materials and similar documentation
Organize materials and documentation related to marketing activities and events
Assist with activities that help build our brand and help generate new business opportunities
Communicate with staff, other franchisees, vendors, partners, clients and other contacts
Support the development of brochures, presentations, flyers, testimonials and other marketing collateral
Collate and maintain a contact database, and organize regular communications with clients and referral sources
Support the regular creation and distribution of email newsletters, flyer and advertising campaigns
Leverage franchise marketing
Plan and coordinate administrative assignments; gather, organize, and assesse information; develop and prepare recommendations
Create and implement business processes to improve operations
Revise and improve current financial strategy including cash flow
Responsible to fulfil all accountant needs, provide information to the company’s accountant
Provide relief for other administration roles and handle general office administration, as needed
Payroll, CRA compliance, WSIB.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Master in Business Administration
Certification in Project Management
Knowledge of marketing concepts and procedures with 2 years of marketing and sales experience
At least 1 year of experience using Clearcare home care service provider software
At least 1 year of experience in Home Care agency (Management, Marketing and HR)
Knowledge of software as: Acrobat, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online and ability to learn new software easily
Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures
Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
Experience in Cash flow projections
Driving license
Effective oral communications skills (English)
Meticulous and highly organized – strong attention to detail and accuracy
An ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments, set goals and meet objectives
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is normally performed in an interior office work environment but may include city-wide travel
Limited physical effort required with limited exposure to physical risk
A flexible and very proactive approach required
Commitment to total confidentiality and privacy
Available to work on weekend and after hours if needed

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent position.(Full time:37.5 Hours/week)
WAGE: $41.03 / hour
