Reep Green Solutions
is an environmental charity that helps people in Waterloo Region live sustainably. We work to empower people with the practical tools, knowledge and capacity for action to make sustainable living the norm. Current focus areas are home energy efficiency, water conservation, healthy yards and waste reduction. In short, we work together with the community on practical solutions for addressing and adapting to climate change.

The Role of the Business Development & Community Mobilization Manager
A strong project manager, you will develop new initiatives and oversee the continued rollout of our existing home energy programs, forging partnerships to reduce ghg emissions and increase access to energy efficiency in Waterloo Region;
An engaging community organizer, you will mobilize schools, workplaces and neighbourhoods to take climate action, using the Project Neutral online platform as the jumping off point;
A superb marketer and communicator, you will build support for Reep’s work through sponsorships and grants, bringing resources to fund this work;
A nurturer of talent, you will engage energy program staff and volunteers in learning, growing and contributing to our capacity to change the world.
We’re looking for someone with:
Five years’+ experience in tight project management, from conception to delivery, including budgets, as well as program/business development, including responding to Requests for Proposals;
Strong sales and relationship-building experience, engaging communities and motivating action;
Success in bringing sponsors and funders to projects;
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of staff and volunteers;
Demonstrated commitment to sustainable living.
This is a full-time position with a salary in the range of $51,000 – 56,000 per year, and benefits that include an Employee Assistance Plan and a Health Care Spending Account.
