The TriNav Group of Companies has an immediate opening within its Marine Brokerage Division. The TriNav Marine Brokerage office in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, requires the services of a full-time Brokerage Administrator. TriNav is the largest brokerage firm on the Eastern Seaboard, with offices throughout Atlantic Canada and the United States.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Compiling purchase and sale agreements;
Data entry for vessel and real estate listings;
Reviewing legal documents/contracts;
Responsible for operation of office, including office supplies;
Reviewing advertising documents for newspapers, magazines, online, etc.;
General receptionist duties.
The successful applicant should possess the following skills and /or experience:
Diploma or degree in Office Administration or equivalent experience;
Be proficient in the use of computers and databases;
Be professional in nature and understand the importance of client confidentiality;
Excellent communication skills;
Bilingualism would be an asset.
