With a strategy of continued growth over the next several years and plans of regional expansion they have asked Lock Search Group to assist them with the search for a Branch/Store Manager .

Working in the Grand Falls operations the Branch/Store Manager’s primary function is to act as the key point of the pyramid. As a people leader they will manage the daily activities of a small team.
Specifically, the Manager will:
Coach, train and mentor a team.
Provide praise for accomplishments and disciplinary steps where necessary
Ensure exceptional customer service is first and foremost on the minds of the team.
Assist your team with problem solving
Administer policies and procedures in the region

Collaborate with senior management, sales team, and various other functional groups
We are looking for an accomplished people manager that places customer service at the top of the agenda. Someone who is capable of leading and managing a high functioning team, in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Specifically, the successful Candidate will:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a people leadership position
Background preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, tires, hardware etc.)
Superior organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to use initiative and multi-task with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
Flexible and possess the ability to set priorities
Energetic, reliable
Able to work as a team player or alone
Related University or College Education
