TRS Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a talented Branch Manager for a position in Fort McMurray, AB, where you will be working with a leading residential and commercial real estate management company.

You will supervise a team of property managers, administrative and maintenance staff in the operation of a portfolio of residential rental properties. You will also have overall responsibility for all aspects of the operation of the properties in the portfolio, which includes maintenance, staffing, marketing, leasing and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified broker in the Province of Alberta and a designated property manager (CPM, RPA), or will be working toward a designation, with proven management capabilities and the skill to communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers and staff.
