Reporting to the General Manager, Community Services, the Branch Manager, Integrated Strategic Development will drive strategic engagement as a recognized leader, strategist, innovator and change agent. He/She will demonstrate the ability to execute in complex environments with multiple interests to advance the Department’s strategic agenda by building an internal practice through the integration of services, change leadership and enhanced strategic, organizational and business acumen, while purposely shifting the organizational culture through influence, training, and collaboration.
As the successful candidate, you have over 10 years of experience with a variety of strategic, leadership and project management roles. You are a big picture thinker and planner and have demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementation. You have been responsible for a diverse portfolio of services. A collaborative leader, you will foster relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continued success and ongoing development of the departments goals committed to creating a safe, healthy, and vibrant city.
