Job Description
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for AskingCanadians, you will be responsible for the following:

Respond to French and English customer service enquiries from online panellists in a timely and pleasant manner.
Translate, edit and proofread material from English to French and occasionally from French to English for the Canadian market, ensuring quality and accuracy of translations.
Conduct thorough reviews of all aspects of online research surveys, including copy and logic quality checks.
Report panellist feedback and quality-related issues in order to assist in the development of ongoing process improvement.
Represent the interest of the panellists in all team discussions.

Qualifications/Attributes
Applicants must have excellent communication skills. In addition, they must:

Be fully bilingual; excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and verbal
Have online/panel customer service experience
Be at ease in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines and high volume of inquires
Have an unrelenting attention to detail
Have the ability to handle multiple priorities
Be able to work both independently and with a team
Be able to develop, implement, and follow standard operating procedures
Be proactive, accountable and goal-oriented
Be proficient in the use of standard office application software (Word and Excel)
Definite Assets / Differentiators

Translation experience
Experience in a market research environment
Salary Range – Base salary based upon experience.
