Summary
To provide a high level of accurate administration and customer service in various functions. Committed to embrace customer service values and goals, deepen client relationships, become innovative, and be accountable for performance metrics. Demonstrate collaborative relationships with all clients and service partners, and a great level of skill and knowledge in the job.
Candidate should possess at least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in Banking/Insurance or Financial services industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all work
Lead a team and manage day to day operations of the assigned process
Will be responsible for performance management, training, coaching and mentoring of team members
Provide Superior Customer Service
Strong Mathematical skills
Adherence to standard operating processes and procedures and quality guidelines
Ensure that departmental and company quality, quantity and turnaround time Service Level Agreements are met
Seek and implement opportunities to improve, refine and enhance overall service offerings
Develop, recommend and implement strategic programs and procedures that encourage customer loyalty, company profitability and cost effective productivity
Follows through on all outstanding items in a timely basis as per service level agreements. Commitment to take ownership and to resolve client issues and concerns to the satisfaction of the client and business unit.
Adaptable to changes in processes and procedures
Focuses on team goals and personal development items
Willing to learn new tasks and systems as required
Supports the mentoring, coaching, training and developing of junior/new staff in their goals to achieve performance expectations
Work schedule is based on business requirements
Other duties as may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Post-secondary education (i.e. community college, university) and/or insurance courses
Language Skills
Ability to
Write routine correspondence
Speak effectively and professionally to clients, external stakeholders and employees of the organization.
Fluency in English required; both spoken and written. French considered an asset.
