Some experience in an office environment and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
Initially, your role will include:
reception—greeting in-person guests, answering phones and booking appointments
data entry into Excel
database maintenance and updating
managing the flow of documents internally with other staff and externally with clients
marketing plan implementation
assembling various document packages for clients
supplies procurement
office errands when required
general office duties
You will assume other duties as you learn.
You will like having additional banked time off in the summer months because of overtime hours worked in February. March and April. Our hours of work are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. A vehicle is required for this position.
