Administrative Assistant / Office Manager – SAGE Inc – Moncton

Due to continued growth and expansion, SAGE Inc is presently seeking an individual to fill the position of administrative assistant/office manager. SAGE Inc. offers a variety of clinical counselling and health related services to children, families, and couples locally, provincially and internationally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for telephone and front desk reception, computer data entry, clerical and administrative service and some financial support functions. The position is based on a part time basis increasing to full time in the coming months.

Education & Experience:

Fluent bilingualism is required as SAGE offers services internationally in France. Minimum of grade twelve or equivalent, business or secretarial school certificate and computer training or equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software required.
