Administrative Assistant – Marberg – Toronto, ON

Administrative Assistant required for well-established financial services firm to provide both administrative and customer service level support to consultant team.

Responsibilities include updating and maintaining client database, setting up client appointments in Outlook, preparation of correspondence to clients, entering payment arrangements into internal software system, tracking payments and ensuring collections are made on a timely basis, registering online authorizations, meeting with clients when they come into the office to make a payment, other duties as may be required.

Candidate must possess a college diploma in Business or Administration, three years’ experience working in an office environment (preferably a combination of administration and customer service), strong verbal and written communication skills, (including telephone demeanour and face-to-face), have the ability to work well under pressure, be detail oriented and well organized with strong time management skills, be accomplished at working independently and as part of a team, and knowledgeable with MS Office software.
