Administrative Assistant & Logistics Coordinator, Energy Futures Lab – The Natural Step Canada

About the position:
The Administrative Assistant and Logistics Coordinator will support the Energy Futures Lab by proactively responding to the Lab’s various operational needs. These needs include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and executing online and/or in-person workshops and events
Maintaining a record of the Lab’s activities and network engagement
Coordinating and scheduling meetings
Entering data into a number of different programs
Supporting the EFL Team as new needs emerge

The ideal candidate:
This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional whose willingness to learn and dive in lets them thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong orientation to details, fluency with Google Drive, Office Suite etc. and exceptional interpersonal skills are considered a must. The Energy Futures Lab also fosters a unique workplace culture and we are looking for someone who values being part of a team focused on creating lasting and meaningful change. The ideal candidate will have experience with programs like Salesforce, Eventbrite and Surveymonkey and is able to conduct work in a timely manner. While the EFL team works remotely, occasional travel may be required (COVID-19 measures will apply to in-person workshops), so it is preferred that the Administrative Assistant and Logistics Coordinator be located in Alberta. Proven, related experience is required for this full-time, flexible position.
