Position Overview
We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant, who will provide support to other members of our team.
This is a bilingual postion, located in downtown Montreal.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participant travel arrangements (heavy volume four times per year plus ad hoc arrangements)
Document translation as needed
Monitor and manage SWAG inventory
Assist with distribution of donation gifts
Assist with job postings
Assist with other organizational administrative needs as directed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Comfortable working with technology
Excellent writing skills, in both French and English
Organized and proactive
Fluently bilingual
The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $45,000.
