Administrative Assistant for busy Digital Media Advertising Company
Responsible for prioritizing, responding to and redirecting all registered mail, e-mails, faxes and telephone calls as appropriate
Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and service requests. Locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions
Performing data entry input and retrieval for sales department each week; creating databases and printing information
Retrieve, sort and file all documents, such as customer contracts, company invoices, receipts, letters etc.
Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
