We are a commercial real estate advisor with over 30 years’ experience in real estate investing and management.  We currently manage all classes of real estate assets across Canada on behalf of institutional clients.

We are searching for a Manager, CORE Fund Accounting who will be a key member of the operations team of an open pool real estate fund.  This position reports to the VP of Accounting and will be responsible for consolidations, investor reporting, treasury management, budgeting, external audit management and fund administration.

This is a contract position covering a maternity leave for the period March 2015 to July 2016.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting manager role and have an accounting designation.   You should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, be detailed oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, have a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.  Familiarity with ASPE and real estate accounting would be an asset.
