Your mission will be to manage all the aspects of the daily real estate operation for Bedford Place Mall in the ultimate purpose to finalize the repositioning of this asset.
Within the framework of this mandate, you will assume the following responsibilities:
See to rent vacant premises and to make the renewals in collaboration with the leasing team. See particularly in the prospecting of local tenants;
Make sure to offer a high-level customer service and maintain good relations with the tenants;
Resolve, in collaboration with the superintendent of the building various mechanical problems;
Provide maintenance contracts and monitoring;
Perform the building inspections periodically to ensure that the deficiencies noted are corrected;
Maintenance and renovation management, as well as certain tenant improvements;
Collecting rent
Preparation of the budgets, forecasts, operational reports, order forms and approval of invoices;
Prepare a marketing plan for the building and see to its implementation
Prepare and follow-up of the operational and rent reports
Requirements and knowledge:
College administration degree
3 year experience in a similar position
Excellent client service experience
Have a developed sense and a keen interest in business
Management priority and be able to work under pressure
Ability to argue and convince people
To listen, to have rigor, discretion and loyalty
The position can require some time outside working hours in case of emergencies
