Legal Assistant – Marberg – Toronto, ON

Receptionist required for west GTA not for profit organization.

Will provide full range of reception and front desk administrative support services to corporate office.

Responsibilities include:

responding to telephone and email inquiries from association members
maintaining membership database
receiving and routing a high volume of correspondence
drafting and formatting correspondence
clerical assistance as required
maintaining a large and complex filing system.

Must have strong typing and word processing skills on Microsoft Office, polished, professional phone manners, and excellent written communication skills.
