Parks Operations Control Technician
Regular Full-Time

The City of Coquitlam is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on this challenging position.  In this diverse role you will be applying your analytical, supervisory and customer service skills to a wide range of applications.

Working with a high degree of independence and reporting to the Parks Asset & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the computerized maintenance management system, financial analysis and reporting, managing a customer service call centre, as well as the Parks Gift Program and supervising a staff team responsible for payroll administration, work order initiation and maintenance management system expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a grade 12 education, supplemented by commercial and technical courses related to the work, you also have the recognized ability to supervise others and considerable customer service skills. You should possess an analytical aptitude required for the diversity of this position.
