Cedar Hill Golf Course is seeking a Food and Beverage Services Host II who will be responsible for the preparation and selling of food and beverage items, including liquor and providing service to events such as Weddings, Tournaments, Meetings & Banquets.  In addition, the successful candidate will provide orientation and training to new staff and ensure the facility is properly stocked with supplies and ready for operation during working hours.  This includes the responsibility of opening the facility and securing it at the end of the day’s operations. You will complete cash transactions in an efficient and accurate manner & be responsible for a balanced cash out. Requirements include: completion of Grade 10; successful completion of “Food Safe” and “Serving It Right” courses; a satisfactory police information check and over one month, up to and including three months experience in a food service facility or at Food and Beverage Services Host Level I equivalent.  The successful candidate will also be required to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends, minimum 20 hours per week.
