The Penticton RCMP is seeking a leader with experience in crime prevention practices who will be responsible for the South Okanagan Similkameen Crime Stoppers Program as well as the administration and development of Crime Prevention Programs for the City of Penticton and the South Okanagan Similkameen.  You will attract, train, motivate and supervise volunteers in support of program delivery.

The successful applicant will have excellent organization and communication skills and will be comfortable working with and making presentations to a variety of organizations.  You will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and will have a genuine interest in ensuring the success of your programs.  Other required competencies include flexibility, problem solving abilities, leadership and project/program management abilities.  A valid B.C. Class 5 driver’s license is required.  Applicants must qualify for and maintain an enhanced security clearance.
