We are looking for a positive, tenacious and knowledgeable person to join our strongly collaborative, non-hierarchal HR team.  In this generalist role, your portfolio will have a strong focus on labour relations and occupational health and safety.

Bring a positive, “can do” attitude to work every day
Able to influence at all levels of the organization through positive working relationships
3-5 years of experience delivering human resources services in a unionized, public sector workplace
Have had overall responsibility for leading an organization’s occupational health and safety systems
Savvy negotiator who has a proven labour relations track record
Highly organized analytical thinker
Have completed a bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent in a directly-related field of study
Have earned a CHRP designation
You are self-aware, aren’t afraid to laugh at yourself and have a love of chocolate
