We require a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills, administrative and managerial experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative, strategic and analytical thinker. It is essential that applicants possess excellent people skills. Municipal legislative experience and strong computer skills are assets.

Working collaboratively with Mayor and Council, you will be responsible for managing the administrative department of the Village.  You will provide the leadership skills required to guide staff and play a key role with Council in planning and executing a strategic vision that meets both the current and future needs of Telkwa. Analyzing current operations and working to identify potential improvements in efficiency and effectiveness for our organization will be key ongoing tasks for the successful applicant.
