The Comox Valley Regional District is seeking regular full-time wastewater treatment plant maintenance operator to join our engineering services branch.
This position is responsible for all regular maintenance, modifications, construction, emergency repair and call out repair of the equipment, building and process systems at the Comox Valley water pollution control centre (CVWPCC) and biosolids compost facility. The position includes, the maintenance and repair of conveyor systems, air compressors, boilers, heating and ventilation, treatment process equipment, diesel generators, and a variety of piping and valves.

This is a unionized position and the successful candidate is required to join CUPE Local 556.
