We develop, install and support telecommunications software with a primary focus on call recording and call center analytics. We have strategic partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry including Avaya, Shoretel, Cisco and Mitel and sell through a networks of resellers worldwide. We have achieved many industry awards for our products and will be seeking to further enhance our position as a pioneer in our field.
Duties:
Responding to customer enquiries, primarily through our web portal and via telephone
Resolving customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
Planning of installations with on-site IT professionals
Installing our software remotely on Windows servers both in traditional and virtualized environments
Developing and reviewing of content for our knowledge base
Remote customer training
Skills:
2+ years’ experience working with Windows server software
2+ years’ experience working with virtualization technologies (VMWare preferred) with good working knowledge of SAN and experience working with high availability clustered environments
Working knowledge of the SIP protocol stack with experience of Wireshark to capture, trace and diagnose issues within customer networks. Exposure to other IP protocols i.e. Cisco Skinny, H323 an advantage
Experience working with PRI and analog interfaces and their connectivity to PBX’s
Experience working with PBX’s and an understanding of technologies including TAPI, CSTA and SMDR
Some exposure to Linux and cloud infrastructure
Education:
Minimum BA/B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Experience:
2+ years’ experience working in a customer support role
Remuneration:
This is a full time position on $25 an hour negotiable based on experience.
