Role: Reporting to the Project Director, responsible for assigned projects. Manage and lead teams of assigned projects; control project deployment schedule, deliver on agreed upon expectations on projects completion ensuring satisfied customers.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Manage and lead the project teams on assigned projects
Take ownership of the Project Deployment Schedule
Define and build documented workflows
Project Status Reporting:
Define and develop project plans
Prepare and update all plans on a timely basis
Manage and track project risks
Change order processing and tracking
Ensure Project tracking to plan and adjust accordingly.
Prepare and distribute weekly Project Status Report
Asset Inventory:
Complete project asset inventory of warehoused equipment
Complete monthly financial, hardware, resource forecasting.
Review and approve project related invoices and monthly project bill files.
Escalation, Initiation and Tracking:
Respond to all escalations promptly; Escalate to Project Director as required
Participate in Project Meetings:
Chair & document weekly project meetings and weekly management meetings
Delivery:
Deliver Projects using company framework
Ensure all deliverables are completed.
