ModulR TS Inc. is a growing company which manufactures prefabricated roofing components to be supplied to the commercial and industrial roofing industry throughout Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and Ontario.  Our head office is located in Cocagne, NB, with a second manufacturing plant in Paris, Ontario.

We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Estimator at our Cocagne office.

While reporting to the Senior Estimator and Production Planner, specific duties will include:

Preparing accurate estimates for various commercial & industrial projects based on supplied information including specification, drawings, addendums, bid alternatives, delivery dates, and closing dates.
Follow up with customers on submitted bids and estimates to resolve outstanding issues.
Assist in production planning to ensure all the companies projects are delivered on required deadlines.
Assist the senior estimator and Production Planner in other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

Strong time management and organizational skills are a must
Ability to work in fast paced deadline driven environment
Effective communicator both within our company and in dealing with customers
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and Auto CAD.  Experience with Tapered Plus is considered an asset but not mandatory
Commercial roofing knowledge would be considered an asset
