Gordon Head Recreation Centre is seeking an individual to assist in aquatic program delivery and development. The successful incumbent will support aquatic lesson and guard services as well as other general pool operations. Requirements include completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; minimum one year experience in supervision and leadership in an aquatic setting; program specialty certifications (current National Lifeguard Service Certification – Pool Option, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification, Standard First Aid and CPR – Level C with AED); valid B.C. Driver’s Licence; satisfactory police information check and Occupational First Aid Level 1 as required.
