Forerunner Research Inc. is a technology startup in Dartmouth, specializing in providing reliable, accurate greenhouse gas monitoring equipment to researchers and industry.

We are seeking a multi-talented individual for a 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension) to coordinate the development of a methane sensor. The candidate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Coordinating development on the methane sensor
Technical development of the product including design, electronics, programming
Coordination with other employees for Engineering, Circuit, Programming and Scientific help
Development of services (web platform)
Data analysis
Coordinate Product prototyping and iteration
Field site visits
Attending conferences

The ideal candidate will have a background in Physics, Engineering or related scientific disciplines, demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, and show a keen interest in the environment and environmental issues.
