Homestead Organics seeks a plant manager in Morrisburg. Running a business within a business, the plant manager leads and manages all aspects of the plant: customer service, purchases, operations, production, logistics, facility maintenance, changes and upgrades, and profitability. The Morrisburg plant operations include precision grain cleaning for sale to food manufacturers, flour milling, mineral mixing, seed distribution, retail factory outlet of foods and farm supplies, warehousing and distribution. The Morrisburg plant currently employs 7 people over 2 shifts and is growing steadily.
