Our client, a leader in the heavy industrial equipment sector in North Bay, ON, is currently seeking an Plant Manager to join their team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the ideal candidate will responsible for the company’s operational functions, ensuring manufacturing objectives are achieved, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
5+ years related managerial experience
Lean Manufacturing experience a definite asset
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal & written
Proven ability to lead and motivate a large group of workforce

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
