Skillset needed:

Hands-on several years of Oracle Cloud experience in an AppsTech capacity in HCM and ERP
Hands-on several years of demonstrated track leadership experience managing technical deliverables around integrations and reports, managing technical teams
Key leadership role in acting as a liaison with the Client team, vendors, and client – to get integrations built to specs, tested, and ensuring in getting signoffs

Has to have:
Complete understand of Fusion Applications Technical Foundation (FND)
Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills

A strong understand of underlying Fusion data structures (database tables)
Hands-on troubleshooting skills to fix such technical issues as they arise in typical RICEF components: Workflow, Integrations, Reports, data flows, inter-module data flow/integration within Fusion
Nice to have: ADF, SOA, Java, Oracle MFT and PaaS skills
