Position Overview
This is a full-time position involving general suite maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily maintenance operations of the site, snow removal and landscaping duties, coordinating renovations projects and contractors work, ordering parts, and some administrative duties. This position reports to the Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.
Normal Work Week: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Must be available for on-call rotation and weekends/overtime as required, especially at month end.
Requirements
Along with your excellent customer service skills, and get up and go attitude, you will have knowledge of a variety of building maintenance trades; this will include, but are not limited to: appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills, and boiler maintenance experience. One year of experience is required. Must have valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
