Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. This is a full-time/permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company’s maintenance department and staff.

Qualifications:

Post Secondary Education or Valid Licensed Trade Certificate
5+ years maintenance management experience, preferably in the food industry
Proven ability to lead & motivate a team from a leadership role
Previous experience in a commercial bakery environment a definite asset
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000/Year
