EQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Building Official
Due to the retirement of the current Building Official at the end of August, the District of Lakeland No. 521 is seeking competitive proposals for a Saskatchewan Licensed Building Official, who would like to provide their services to the municipality. The District of Lakeland requires both plan reviews and inspection services. This is a contract position and not an employee of the District and will be required two days a week, depending on activity.
The District of Lakeland is located in the heart of Saskatchewan lake country, serving the residents in and around Elkridge, Emma, Christopher, Anglin, and McPhee Lakes. The municipality is only 15 kilometers wide and 50 kilometers long, beginning at Christopher Lake and extending north to Timber Cove.

Interested parties can submit their proposal, by email or fax, including, Class of license(s), years of experience, rate schedule, proof of, at minimum, 5 million dollars Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, and at minimum, 2 million Professional Errors and Omissions Policy and 3 current references to:
