Overview
Full time salary position @ $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus health spending account
Head office located at Sheppard Ave and Allan Rd, but worksites located throughout GTA

Main Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and commissioning of building automation systems and monitoring equipment including conduit, wiring, and control components
Attend occasional service calls to troubleshoot and repair issues with existing systems

Required Skills
Ability to do physical work including use of ladders, drills, and other power tools
Experience installing wiring and conduit, and working with low-voltage control circuits including relays, sensors, and actuators
Experience working with HVAC equipment (boilers, valves, pumps, fans, etc.) and knowledge of building systems and technologies
Ability to read control drawings, keep accurate documentation, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as a team while maintaining professional job site appearance and communication with building staff

Other Assets
Knowledge of computer networking, IP addressing, etc.
Knowledge of computer and PLC programming
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
