The person in this position assists the Maintenance Supervisor in the implementation of related facility goals and objectives, budgets, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be working with and directing junior staff in the performance of a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks within the Community Services Department.
Required qualifications, licenses and certificates include: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; Refrigeration Operators Certificate or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate; Pool Operator’s II Certificate; valid Class 5 BC Drivers License; Occupational First Aid Level I; WHIMS and Transport of Dangerous Goods.
