The incumbent designs, develops, formulates strategies and implements information technology solutions for city-wide enterprise technology architecture through research, analysis and interaction with stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
5 years previous related experience including business analysis, enterprise technology architecture, enterprise scale virtualization and storage.
Ability to work and maintain accuracy under pressure, attention to details and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
Strong client service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Required To Operate Equipment Such As:

Computers and computer related equipment, including printers, servers, communications infrastructure, network management software, network hardware, and technical and productivity software and applications.
