Specific skills/duties:
Prepare engineering designs and drawing sets including assemblies, standards, objects, blocks, component libraries and establish a bidirectional synchronization between Auto Cad and a spreadsheet application through Data Link build-in CAD feature; and X-ref within CAD files
Proficiency with Autocad 2D and 3D environments; AutoCad commands and their options included
Develop and preparing detailed electrical/civil engineering 2D & 3D designs and drawings from bill of material, preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications sheet and other relevant data.
Run and operate design and drafting software implementing CAD files with scripts and mathematical formulas in order to build up custom features and add advanced functionalities to the files so as to make updating and managing electrical database/bill of material easier for the clients.
Upgrade/update a large collection of drawings promptly with the support of Auto Lisp and Script routines, thus delivering the work on time.
Prepare technical documents along with simplified calculations on structural design of overhead distribution line system according the Reliability model (deterministic approach) and complying with prevailing both civil and electrical standards and regulations
Assemble and complete documents packages on overhead and underground systems

Additional Job Requirements:
Read and Interpret engineering drawings (Civil and Electrical) and electrical schematics along with blue prints, charts and tables
Evaluate technical designs and engineering work
Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements
Develop and prepare design sketches by the coordination of the collection of data and incorporate this information into drawings, schematics and maps.
Check and verify design drawings for the conformation of specifications, design data and errors.
Write technical reports and revise construction specifications, costs and drafting material estimates as part of tender documents

Education:
