As our company continues to change and grow we are seeking a strong leader to direct, support, and manage our entire engineering function in our new position as Director of Engineering.
As the Director of Engineering you will rely on your more than ten years of engineering management experience to build a best-in-class engineering team through evaluation of the strengths and development opportunities of your team’s performance. Based in our Truro NS office, your proven track record of strong leadership and successful project management, cost control, budgeting, and timely project delivery will enable you to direct your team effectively whether they are located at our manufacturing facility or at one of our many North American sites. Your proven experience in managing effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment will assist you in driving results within established fundamental processes. The goals and objectives you set for your team to meet budgets and project timelines will be met as a result of your thorough understanding and experience in process design and lean manufacturing techniques as well as your ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
