Our client, a leader in the chemical industry, is seeking a Department Manager to join their team in Brampton, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating / directing  staff work across production lines, communicating with sales , customers regarding product specification, analysis of customer needs, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Chemistry or a related field
5 years manufacturing supervisor experience
Excellent leadership and motivational abilities
Previous experience in the chemical industry, ink manufacturing, or paint environment an asset

Salary: $60,000 – $ 65,000 per year
