The Civic Properties Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in the maintenance, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all City owned buildings including the development and implementation of related facility goals and objectives, budgets, preventative maintenance programs, policies and procedures.
Required qualifications, licenses and certificates include: Grade 12, Occupational First Aid Level 1, WHIMS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, a Diploma in facility management, building systems operation or a related field or a related trade or equivalent in education and experience and a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
