Term:

Permanent, Full Time
Salary:

$23.50 – $26.00 an hour, depending on experience and training.
Group medical, dental and insurance benefits are available after 3 months of employment.
Requirements:

Fluent in both French and English
Formally trained in 3shape software (i.e. attended a course put on by 3shape),
Minimum of 1 year experience supporting 3shape software and events
Advanced computer skills
Customer service experience

Completion of High School Diploma and some form of post-secondary education.

Job duties:
This role’s main responsibilities and duties will be to provide support to customers and train customers on 3shape software, troubleshooting of digital cases for dental manufacturing and demonstration of the 3shape software. The successful candidate must also:

Assess clients’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate services
Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients’ needs
Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment or software
Train customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment
Be a self-motivated team player with a good attitude
Be punctual, reliable and a possess a highly productive work ethic
Be eager to learn
