Job Description:
The project manager will be familiar with all contract documents (contract, drawings, execution schedules, labor schedules, specifications, addendums, purchasing and all other pertinent documents), to make certain that projects are managed accordingly and efficiently. Other duties will be assigned as required.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of plumbing and mechanical installation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to easily learn scheduling programs
Strong reading and writing skills
Strong communicator dealing with co-workers, customers, engineers and suppliers
Excellent team leading skills
Negotiating Skills
Estimating skills
Grade 12 Diploma required, post-secondary education is an asset.

Experience:
2 or more years of experience is an asset (consideration will be given for less experience, based on resume)
Team leading experience
Licenced Plumber preferable

Compensation:
Starting salary of $70,000 + benefits (Higher salary to be determined with experience)
