What You’ll Do:
Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing activities through detailed analytical reviews, process automation, and fixture/tooling design
Lead and coach a team of manufacturing engineers and the production team in order to resolve any production issues and help render all processes more efficient
Manage all process improvement projects, support the Quality Assurance department, and implement changes to increase all manufacturing processes

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in an engineering role working on automation and process improvement
Proficient experience of fixture/tooling/machine design, process automation, and ISO9001 environment regulations
Expert command of 3D CAD design software (AutoCAD or Solid Works)
Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification an asset
Clear ability to effectively mentor and lead a team of Junior Engineers
