Our client, a leading packaging company in Brampton, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire maintenance function as well as provide Engineering support and leadership where required.

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7-10 years progressive Maintenance Management experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team of 5-10 skilled trades staff
Experience with creating and maintaining PM programs
Provide Design and Project Engineering as required
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 per year + bonus
