Team Manager – Devcore Construction – Edmonton, AB

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading, managing and developing the Service & Operations team,
driving initiatives to deliver outstanding and continuously improving service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coach, Mentor and develop team members to maintain a high performing team
Understand the responsibility of TAL in relation to compliance guidelines
and ensure that staff are operating in accordance     with these
Respond to escalations and proactively manage resolution of issues

About You

To be successful in attaining this role you will have experience as a senior member of an administration team or an inbound or outbound call centre environment.

You will have demonstrable experience in ensuring service excellence and highest levels of customer care.

Above all your strong communication skills, leadership capability and change management mindset will ensure your success in this role.
