We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Construction Services Division based in Saint John, NB to perform the following duties:
Budgeting, design proposals & delivery schedules of construction projects through out Atlantic Canada, which may involve travel;
Deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, with focus on exceptional client satisfaction;
Effectively communicating information to owners, engineers & architects and support personnel;
Managing all aspects of your assigned projects.
Education Requirements – Knowledge & Skills:
Civil Engineering or Technical background with a minimum of five (5) years experience in Project Management of Commercial/Industrial Projects;
Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required ;
Desire to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and customer-focused environment;
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Organization.
