Role Mandate:

Junior Maintenance Building Engineer for 350,000 sq. ft. office/retail building. Position reports to the Chief Building Engineer and entails providing maintenance, technical, operational support and general facilities care. Some knowledge of building systems is an asset. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday. Company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Qualifications:

Power Engineering Class 5 Certification is an asset. Opportunity to advance with courses sponsored by the company. PC literate and detail oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with tenants, team members, and external contacts. Has a full commitment to customer service and strong work ethics. Willing to work after hours and weekends for special projects, as required.
