We are currently seeking a high caliber District Manager for our client in Vancouver.

Summary

The successful candidate will be leading a large team of Engineers and field personnel to execute a variety of projects across many sites in British Columbia and Alberta. You will be Developing, implementing and improving process, procedures and tools for the organization.

Education

Civil Engineering Degree

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in the ground improvement industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
Extensive experience drafting P&L reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Accomplished professional verbal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capable of working independently with minimal direction
Possesses an eye for detail
Proactively seeks and accomplishes tasks that lead to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment
