Description:
Provide Senior Civil Design oversite and review on small to large projects of average to high level of complexity.
Works closely with Water business Group on project delivery leadership or other senior project manager/operations leaders who provide oversight and mentoring.
Leads and manages the Civil design team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with our established Engineering Design processes to the meet the scope, schedule, budget and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
Completes the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client, while simultaneously ensuring that the company’s HS&E, quality, financial, risk management; business and policy expectations are met.
Present reports and designs to clients and regulatory bodies.
May play a role in the business development activities leading to the award of the contract.
Schedule, budget and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
Will be responsible for the delivery of multiple small projects or a large projects.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 15-20 years’ experience preferred
Strong understanding of Stormwater and sanitary design .
Design standards and best practices, experienced in writing stormwater management reports
Development Site servicing Plans (DSSP) and building permits.
Storm water modelling experience in XPSWMM and Infoworks desirable but not absolutely necessary.
